Isla Mujeres Transfers 

Best Day Travel offers late model air conditioned transfers from the Cancun International Airport to the ferry for Isla Mujeres.  Our drivers are experienced and our vans will transport you in comfort to the Isla Mujeres ferry.  Best Day offers two types of of service:

REGULAR service:  Best Day regular transfers function as a shared shuttle to lower your costs.  You and others arriving at the same time as you will share transportation to the Isla Mujeres ferry.  There may be stops along the way but they are quick and it gives you an extra chance to check out your new vacation surroundings.  Best Day Transfer  vehicles are always available at the airport and you will never have to wait longer then 15 minutes until your van will depart guaranteed! Please note that in order to be able to offer this service at its low price a 2 person minimum restriction applies.

VIP service: 

There’s nothing quite like feeling like a Very Important Person on your vacation.  Best Day’s VIP service is all about you and your very own driver and van.   This is the best option if you do not want to share your vehicle with others or if you are traveling with family or in small groups. As soon you are ready to depart you will be driven straight to the ferry terminal. With this personalized service, there are no waiting times and in no time you will arrive at your hotel like a star!

What happens once you arrive

Once you have arrived in Cancun’s International Airport, you will have to clear Customs & Immigration. Waiting for you outside the arrival gate will be one of the Best Day Travel representatives.  They will display a banner with your name and/or the logo of Best Day Travel (as shown above left and below right). Please note that customs procedures can take 5 minutes or 45 minutes depending on how many people have arrived at the same time as you. Please do not worry, we know that there can be delays and will be waiting for you outside the Arrival Gate. Don’t forget, it will be outside so please make sure to exit the airport.

Best Day Transfer supervisors at the airport will monitor your flight to ensure that your shuttle will be ready whenever you arrive. You will never have to worry if your flight is delayed or arrives ahead of schedule. Because we will be monitoring your flight, we will always be waiting for you at whatever time your flight arrives.

Once you have contacted our staff at the airport, please present the confirmation voucher together with valid photo identification.  The Best Day Travel representative will guide you to the vehicle depending on your choice of transfer, you will either leave right away or wait for other guests arriving at the same time as you.  If you have reserved a round trip transfer, you will also at this time be given the exact time of your pick-up on your departing date. 

Please reserve at least 2 days in advance.  First ferry to the Island is at 5:00 a.m.  Last ferry to the Island is at 11:30 p.m.  If you are arriving before first ferry times or after ferry times, you may have to arrange for a hotel in Cancun.
