REGULAR service: PronaTours regular transfers function as a shared shuttle to lower your costs. You and others arriving at the same time will share transportation to your hotels. There will be stops along the way but they are quick and provide you an extra chance to check out your new vacation surroundings. PronaTours vehicles are always available at the airport and you will never have to wait longer then 15 minutes until your van departs! Transportation vehicles for this service hold up to 10 passengers.
Once you have arrived in Mazatlan’s airport, you will have to clear Customs & Immigration. Waiting for you outside the arrival gate will be one of PronaTours representatives. They will display a banner with your name and/or the logo of PronaTours (logo shown above left). Please note that customs procedures can take between 10 to 30 minutes depending on how many people have arrived at the same time as you. Please do not worry, we know that there can be delays and will be waiting for you outside the Arrival Gate. Don’t forget, it will be outside so please make sure to exit the airport.
PronaTours supervisors at the airport will monitor your flight to ensure that your shuttle will be ready whenever you arrive. You will never have to worry if your flight is delayed or arrives ahead of schedule. Because we will be monitoring your flight, we will always be
Once you have contacted our staff at the airport, please present the confirmation voucher together with valid photo identification. The PronaTours representative will then guide you to the vehicle. Depending on your choice of transfer, you will either leave right away or wait for other guests arriving at the same time as you. If you have reserved a round trip transfer, you will also at this time be given the exact time of your pick-up on your departing date.

PronaTours provides 2 types of services for transfers from the airport to any hotel in Mazatlan and the surrounding area. All vehicles are air conditioned and insured with passenger insurance. PronaTours offer safe, personalized and professional services as well as professional bilingual staff. Because PronaTours provides such great transfer rates, please note that for some services a minimum person policy does apply per reservation.

This is the best option if you do not want to share your vehicle with others or if you are traveling with family or in small groups. As soon you are ready to depart you will be driven straight to your hotel. With this personalized service, there are no waiting times and in no time you will arrive at your hotel like a star! Maximum number of persons for this service is 10.
